Turning on notifications for the FX Meter on iOS
The strength numbers are updated before the opening of the Frankfurt session (which opens 1 hour before London does). Because the analysis is manual, the time it takes differs and thus the exact time of the numbers' release differs a bit, but it's always prior to the Frankfurt opening.
If you have notifications for the FX Meter enabled in the notification settings on your device, you will receive a notification when the numbers are updated.
