1. Acknowledgment

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between you and BullMood/Urban Forex ("we," "us," or "our"), and not with Apple Inc. We are solely responsible for the BullMood application and its content. By downloading, installing, or using BullMood, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of License

We grant you a non-transferable license to use BullMood on any Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Service Description

BullMood is a trading psychology tracking application designed strictly for personal use and journaling.

4. Premium Subscriptions

• BullMood offers auto-renewing premium subscriptions ($2.99/month or $19.99/year) that unlock additional features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

• There are no refunds for partial periods.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when using the app.

• Use the app exclusively for your personal trading journal.

• Do not share your account credentials with others.

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

6. Disclaimers (Not Financial Advice)

• BullMood is for tracking and educational purposes only.

• The app and its content do NOT constitute financial advice.

• We do NOT provide trading signals, investment recommendations, or guarantee profits.

• Past performance does not predict or guarantee future results.

• You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BullMood and its creators are NOT liable for:

• Any trading or financial losses incurred while using the app.

• Inaccurate data entry or misinterpretation of app data.

• Technical issues, app downtime, or bugs.

• Lost data (we strongly recommend backing up your information).

8. Maintenance and Support

We are responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for BullMood. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app.

9. Warranty and Product Claims

We are responsible for addressing any claims relating to BullMood or your possession/use of the app, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Apple is not responsible for any such claims or warranties.

10. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that BullMood or your possession and use of the app infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, we, and not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

12. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and that upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to BullMood without prior notice if you violate any of these terms.
