3. Premium Subscription
- $1.99/month or $19.99/year
- No refunds for partial periods
- Managed through App Store/Google Play subscriptions  

4. Your Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information
- Use app for personal trading journal only
- Don't share account credentials
- Don't reverse engineer the app  

5. Disclaimers
- App is for tracking purposes only
- NOT financial advice
- NOT trading signals or recommendations
- Past performance doesn't predict future results
- User solely responsible for trading decisions  

6. Limitation of Liability BullMood and its creators are NOT liable for:
- Trading losses
- Inaccurate data entry
- Technical issues
- Lost data (backup recommended)  

7. Termination We may terminate access for violation of terms.  

8. Changes to Terms We may update terms with notice via app.
